Addington Palace Wedding
Brenda and I are pleased to say that we have shot at
Addington Palace a couple of times now, and we have always been very impressed with the character of the property, as well as the beauty of the grounds. In and around Croydon it has picked up the reputation of being one of the most stunning venues to get married in. We actually shot Brenda’s brothers wedding at Addington Palace too. I remember the day very well- we grabbed a great group shot of the all the guys standing on the famous fallen tree, which you can see on
this gallery page. It has become one of our favourite group shots and it just goes to show that formal shots like this can be both fun and creative.
Weddings at Addington Palace
The staff at Addington Palace have always impressed me with the attention to detail and customer service too, and from a photographer’s perspective this makes our life much easier. The venue has some stunning rooms with large windows, which are ideal for naturally lit indoor portraits. There is also a well positioned balcony that looks over the main reception area which offers a great opportunity for a shot of all the guests at the wedding breakfast.
If you are looking to book
Addington Palace (and who can blame you!) and want to book photographers that already have experience shooting there, please do
get in contact with us. We are a husband and wife team, so you get the benefit of two photographers covering your wedding day- we’d love to hear from you.

We're delighted to say that we recently became one of the preferred suppliers for Oaks Farm. Oaks Farm is a truly wonderful venue located in Shirley, which is a couple of miles away from Croydon in Surrey. The venue has a wonderful country feel to it, and when you are there you completely forget that you are so close to a major town in South London! It has become one of the most in-demand wedding venues in Surrey, and it's clear to see why when you visist!
Oaks Farm Wedding Photographers
The staff at
Oaks Farm are incredibly accommodating and helpful, and go out of their way to ensure that both the bride and groom, as well as their guests are really looked after well. This is an incredibly important factor when considering a wedding venue- whilst it's really important that you love the look and 'feel' of your venue it's perhaps more important that the staff their are attentive and go out of their way to look after you.
From a photographer's perspective the venue offers some really stunning features that can be incorporated into the bride and groom's portrait shoot. These include some beautifully landscaped lawns as well as a pond that looks absolutely stunning in photos.
We're delighted to say that we have shot a few weddings at Oaks Farm, including Anna and James' summer wedding. It's a venue we always look forward to working at. If have decided to book Oaks Farm and would like to meet with Brenda and I to see more of our work, and have a cup of coffee (or tea!) then please do
contact us.

Undoubtedly one of our favourite of all the London wedding venues is
Wandsworth registry office. Our most recent shoot there was for a lovely couple, Maiko and Fabricio, whose wedding photos you can see
here. The building itself has a very grand facade, and the actual main entrance flows into a lobby area that looks simply stunning- you will see marbled floors and walls and a staircase that looks breathtaking. From as photographer's point of view these kind of features offer some fantastic opportunities for some beautiful portraits and also some lovely group shots as well. We were delighted with some of the informal group shots that we captured for Fabricio and Maiko, where we set each of the wedding guests (and the bride and groom) into couples, and arranged them sitting on the grand staircase.
Wandsworth Registry Office- A Great Venue and Helpful Staff
Of course, it's great to book a beautiful looking venue, but the venue you choose will only be as good as the staff that actually work there. We have found the staff to be very helpful, courteous and friendly, and this is a really important factor to consider when booking your venue. For Fabricio and Maiko's wedding we took them to Richmond Park after the wedding ceremony itself for some informal portraits- This is an ideal location as it's not that far from Wandsworth. If you are looking at booking Wandsworth Registry Office for your wedding and would like to meet with some photographers that have experience of shooting there Brenda and I would love to meet up with you.
